A Poisonous Interview
Eleanor Herman, author of The Royal Art of Poison, was interviewed on BBC Radio’s Jo Good Show this week.
During the interview, Jo and Eleanor chat about all things poison: from the poison paranoia at royal courts and self-inflicted, inadvertent poisoning with cosmetics 500 years ago, to poison as a political weapon in present-day Russia, and how Eleanor came about writing about poison in the first place.
Jo also reveals that everybody at the BBC Jo Good Show wants to get their hands on a copy of The Royal Art of Poison. What can we say – it is spine-chillingly good!
